-The watches are delivered in a wooden box, containing a tool to adjust the watch to your wrist size.
There is also a certificate and a manual.
-The wooden bracelets are delivered in a wooden or cardboard box, containing a tool
to adjust the bracelet to your wrist size.
This also includes a certificate and a manual.
-The other bracelets and anklets are delivered in a linen bag.

Why does my product look different from the photos?

Answer:
The materials we use come from nature.
Every tree is different and therefore every product is unique.
Each model therefore has its own characteristics, through color and texture.
That is why we can guarantee you of an original and individually unique product.

Are the watches and bracelets made of real wood?

Answer: Yes, the watches and bracelets are made of real wood or bamboo.
Which wood or bamboo the product is made of is indicated in the specifications of the product.

Question:
Are the watches and jewelry waterproof?

Answer:
In general, our watches and jewelry are not waterproof.
Wood is a natural material and its color can change by contact with water.
We recommend in any case to remove the product before washing your hands, showering, exercising and swimming, so that
you can enjoy the unique product for as long as possible.
At the specifications the water resistance of each watch is indicated.

Answer:
Your product will be shipped with PostNL, including a track & trace code.

Where can I find my track & trace code?

Answer:
The track and trace code will be sent by email as soon as the package has been sent.

Is my package insured?

Answer:
Your package is always insured.

When will my product delivered?

Answer:
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
Orders placed before 20:00 in the Netherlands are shipped the same day.
For the European Union, a delivery time of 2-3 working days applies.

Question:
I want to return an item, what should I do?

Answer:
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 20 days of receipt.
Products must be returned in their original condition and provided with tags and labels.
The product may not contain any traces of use.
A return shipment must always include a track & trace code.
The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
If we have received the items you have returned we will
ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 days.
